The Logistics Manager will play a pivotal role to deliver our purpose and vision. This position is responsible for providing E2E logistics in a drop-shipping model, providing support to artisans and clients as well as to internal teams, namely Artisan Management, Private Client, Trade & Corporate and Digital teams.

HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?

  • Manage carrier relationships ensuring accurate reconciliation of charges, monitoring SLAs, costs and timely delivery of all customer orders.
  • Manage bespoke and complex ad hoc shipping requests for customer deliveries.
  • Work with internal platforms to ensure all customers, artisans and internal teams receive the highest visibility and standards throughout the E2E supply chain.
  • Ensure accurate HS classification for all products and maintain all platforms relating to shipping, duty and tax rates and product classification.
  • Maintain the artisan procedure manual, ensuring all needs of the artisans are considered and presented in a clear and concise format.
  • Continually evaluate the accuracy and use on the artisan manual and other internal policies and procedures, continually improving where possible.
  • Work in full alignment with artisan business support across all business functions and their touchpoints with the artisans, including but not limited to WISMO requests.
  • Monitor and implement applicable control points ensuring KPIs are met.

HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?

  • Experience in managing global shipping, including HS classifications is mandatory
  • Experience in e-commerce is an advantage
  • Experience in working with Order management platforms
  • Understanding and application of product and trade compliance
  • Strong organisational skills and numeracy
  • Highly collaborative, resourceful, strong interpersonal skills
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, high level of flexibility, proactivity and change agility
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment to support the establishment and scaling of the business.
