Key Role Responsibilities:

As a Logistics Manager, you will be an integral member of the Vindis Group Fleet Team. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Effective people management practices to engage and motivate their teams
  • Managing daily vehicle movements for both the Vindis Group Fleet and Vindis Group Retailers
  • Managing the HGV and Amarok Deliveries
  • Coordinating effectively with the O Licence Contractor to ensure compliance and safe and healthy working environments
  • Responsibility for the Casual Driving team at Vindis Group Fleet
  • Managing Centre & Fleet demonstration vehicle movements
  • Liaising with the vehicle transfer teams
  • Working closely with the Head of PDI Centre & Office Managers to optimise efficiencies

Prerequisites:

  • Good working knowledge of Logistics Management, ideally in the Motor Industry and/or a Fleet setting
