Key Responsibilities
As a Logistics Development Manager, you'll:
- Support the rollout of our Warehousing Excellence Roadmap, tailoring European initiatives to UK & Ireland operations.
- Define and implement standardised operational procedures that elevate efficiency and consistency across sites.
- Lead facility-level improvement projects - from deployment to evaluation - ensuring measurable impact.
- Promote a continuous improvement culture, delivering training and coaching to regional teams.
- Support inventory accuracy and SOX compliance, working closely with Supply Chain Planning and European colleagues.
- Align with the European team on WMS strategy and technology rollouts, ensuring local readiness and adoption.
- Communicate effectively with key stakeholders, providing clear updates, impact reporting, and escalation when required.
Skills and Experience
We're seeking someone who brings:
- A strong background in logistics, warehousing, or supply chain development.
- Proven experience in process improvement, lean methodology, or operational excellence initiatives.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- The ability to influence, coach, and drive engagement at all levels.
- A mindset for continuous improvement and innovation, with strong problem-solving skills.
- Flexibility to travel across the UK & Ireland region when needed.
