About the role
We operate Guinness packaging facilities at Marshalls Road in Belfast, Northern Ireland, and Runcorn, in Northwest England, producing canned, bottled and kegged product for Ireland, UK and export markets..
This role is based at Runcorn which is an 18 Acre site with 2 Bottling, 2 Canning lines and 1 Kegging production line. There are 90+ SKUs with 16 different Beer/Liquid types covering producing on average 23million cases of product per annum.
As a Logistics Administrator, you will support our Logistics team by handling HMRC administration, daily logistics transactions, and system data entry to keep everything running efficiently and compliant. You will work closely with your team to reconcile weekly charging files, process purchase orders, and keep an eye on aged stock. In addition, you will handle import declarations and supplementary declarations while making sure our stock records are accurate through SAP.
What you'll bring
We are all about quality and compliance here, so attention to detail and good communication skills are key. You'll be systems savvy and being a team player is super important since you will be joining a small but amazing team. Experience working in an FMCG organisation is preferred but not crucial.
