Local Marketing Manager - Midlands/North
This job is brought to you by Jobs/Redefined, the UK's leading over-50s age inclusive jobs board.
Are you motivated by helping people to protect and improve their hearing?
In Audiology, we're at an exciting time where we're growing the business to help more people protect and improve their hearing and promote good ear health and challenge the stigma of wearing hearing aids. The Audiology Marketing team is at the forefront of this mission, driving appointments and encouraging more people to get their hearing tested. Our plans cover everything from national campaigns to local activities, making sure we reach everyone who needs us.
As part of the Audiology Trading Team, we blend marketing magic with product strategy. Whether it's hearing aids, hearing protection or services like hearing tests and wax removal, we integrate it all seamlessly. Our businesses are at the heart of local communities, making meaning effective local marketing is key to growing our customers base and helping people.
As the Local Marketing Manager, you'll be the superhero supporting our store partners with local marketing initiatives. Build strong relationships, assess local market conditions and create campaigns that boost brand awareness and drive appointments. Working with the Local Marketing Lead, you'll develop campaigns and collaborate with optics marketing teams to align plans and share insights.
But that doesn't stop there - you'll support new audiology businesses with their launch plans and assist existing ones to minimise trading disruptions. You'll creatively implement the local marketing plan, work with internal agencies to ensure high quality media output and work with external media agencies to develop targeted media plans, continuously optimising and measuring their effectiveness.
To be the best in this role, you'll be an experienced marketer with broad knowledge of and proven experience in retail local marketing. Collaboration is key, so you'll be an excellent team player who can comfortably work with remote-based colleagues. Your presentation and communication skills will be second to none, along with working and supporting senior stakeholders and business owners.
This is a remote/home-based role with occasional travel to stores in the Midlands/North regions, so you'll need a full current driving license with access to a vehicle. This is an excellent opportunity to build those all-important relationships with store partners and key stakeholders face-to-face
This role closes on 18th November 2024: however, we may close the advert sooner if we get inundated with high-quality applications. So don't delay your application, apply now - you'll be glad you did.
