What is the role?
Reporting to the Loadhog People and Culture Director, your duties include managing the people services and recruitment functions, providing effective people support to leaders across the business, establishing clear team KPIs and effective reporting, supporting with the development of learning and development programs and establishing effective systems and processes to support the growth of the business in line with the company 6 year plan.
Based at our state-of-the-art Hawke Street site, key responsibilities will include:
- Management of people services; ensure effective processes and team leader support/coaching which allows leaders to effectively support their teams and uphold standards
- Line manager responsibility for a team of two - P&C coordinator and P&C advisor
- Support with the development and delivery of the P&C 6 year plan, in line with the Loadhog company 6 year plan
- Oversee the recruitment process
- Develop the learning and development agenda; support with delivery of training
- Oversee the People & Culture initiatives and projects
- Support with employer branding and external stakeholder outreach initiatives to develop community relationships
- Advocate for the Loadhog Edge; ensure it's embedded throughout the business
- Maintain effective data systems which inform live KPI dashboards and reporting

Applicants should be able to demonstrate the following:
- Exceptional organisational skills, and an ability to communicate at all levels of the business
- Proven leadership capabilities and solid knowledge of employment legislation
- An ability to maintain confidentiality and act with discretion and diplomacy
- Demonstrable experience in independently managing complex employee relations issues
- Experience of implementing wellbeing, performance, diversity and engagement improvement programmes
