Experience, Skills

Essential criteria

  • Experience in both health and social care
  • Experience of commissioning, performance managing, contract managing and evaluating health and social care services.
  • Previously responsible for a budget, involved in budget setting and working knowledge of financial processes.
  • Proven experience of successfully managing and delivering complex, high value programmes using a structured programme management process and programme management methods, principles, techniques and tools.
  • Experience of working closely with service users and advocacy schemes
  • Proven skills in the development of alliances and partnership
  • Proven ability in developing complex programme schedules that clearly defines the timeline required to achieve the required outcomes.

  • Ability to define and articulate a strong sense of purpose and engender commitment across individuals and groups to a set of shared objectives.
