Job Description
Join us in shaping the future of infrastructure at Legal & General. We're looking for a proactive and inclusive Project Manager to lead the delivery of IT Infrastructure and Networking projects focused on Lifecycle Management. You'll be working across technical service towers and with tier 1 suppliers to ensure services and equipment meet lifecycle standards, while driving stakeholder engagement and successful project outcomes.
What you'll be doing:
- Leading project planning, budgeting, scheduling, controlling and reporting
- Communicating effectively with stakeholders and senior managers
- Managing third-party vendor relationships and dependencies
- Taking ownership of infrastructure project delivery and governance
- Reporting progress and risks through weekly and monthly updates
- Coordinating project documentation and communication across business units
- Identifying opportunities through stakeholder engagement and shaping solutions
- Following agreed methodologies and practices to deliver successful outcomes
Qualifications
Who we're looking for:
- Holding a project management qualification or equivalent experience
- Understanding infrastructure technologies and project delivery in complex environments
- Managing outsourced suppliers and ensuring contractual delivery
- Leading medium to large-scale infrastructure projects
- Communicating and influencing across technical and non-technical teams
- Demonstrating commercial awareness and sound judgement
- Adapting to change with flexibility and resilience
- Motivating teams and valuing diverse skills and perspectives
