We have a great opportunity available to join Novus Transforming Lives, our prison education provider at HMP Forest Bank, working as a Library Manager. This position is offered on a permanent, full-time basis, working 40hrs per week.

Site Information
HMP Forest Bank is located in Pendlebury in Salford, Greater Manchester. The prison is a Category B Male Prison that accommodates remand and sentenced offenders. It offers a diverse range of education opportunities and employment support. Individuals can work towards nationally recognised qualifications.

Skills, Qualifications and Experience
To be successful in this role, you will need to:
- Have a high attention to detail
- Demonstrate effective communication & inter-personal skills
- Demonstrate good IT skills, working with Microsoft Office and/or management data systems
- Be logical, methodical and organised
- Have experience of working in a customer facing role
- Have a track record of working effectively with people presenting with challenging behaviour or from disadvantaged groups (Desirable)
- Hold a Level 3 Library and Information Services qualification, or be willing to work towards achieving within an agreed timescale
- Hold Level 2 qualifications in literacy and numeracy
- Qualification in Customer Service Level 2 (Desirable)
