Where: Camden

Full Time Hours: 37.5 per week

Full Time Salary Range : £31,529.41 - £33,708.57 per year (based on full time working hours, pro rata for part time)

Allowance:Inner London Weighting of £4,072.06 (based on full time working hours, pro rata for part time)

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build relationships with partner agencies and community groups to facilitate better treatment options for LGBTQ+ people,
  • Consult with communities to better understand how we can support LGBTQ+ people to access treatment.
  • Launch and deliver/oversee in-reach satellites at key partner sites such as Mortimer Market & London Friend.
  • Work with community groups to coproduce a treatment offer onsite and/or off site to encourage more engagement from Camden's LGBTQ+ residents.
  • Hold a small caseload

What we are looking for:

  • Experience in community engagement or providing services within LGBTQ+ communities.
  • Understanding of the distinct challenges faced by LGBTQ+ individuals.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, complemented by proficient IT abilities.
  • Proactive, self-driven, excellent time management, and prioritisation skills.
  • Proficient knowledge of mental health interventions, services, and best practices.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, fostering partnerships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage change effectively while prioritising service user needs.
  • Commitment to information governance processes and necessary safeguards.
  • Passion for continuous learning and development, contributing to the growth of others.

CGL points 28 to 30 (£31,529.41 - £33,708.57)
