Leading by example and delegating tasks with the aim to exceedstandardsof performance and targets set.Motivatingyour team and new recruits, ensuring they receive thetrainingandsupportthey need to flourish in their career.

Skills and experience required to be a successfulLettings Manager

• Lettings Manager, Branch Manager, Assistant Manageror aSenior Lettings Negotiator, Senior Sales Negotiator, Estate Agent, Lister, Valuerlooking to progress
• Able to generate new business in atarget drivenenvironment
• Proven experience managing, leading andmentoringa team
• Outstanding customer care /customer serviceexperience
• Resilient,positive, organised, numerate anddetail oriented
• Excellent verbal and writtencommunicationskills
• AFull UK driving licence
