We're looking for a highly motivated Lettings Instructions Manager to increase market share in our Cambridge Tucker Gardner branch.

Tucker Gardner is part of the Countrywide Group , the UK's largest estate agency network. We have a longstanding relationship with the local area with branches covering right across the Cambridgeshire region, and the outskirts of Suffolk, Norfolk, and Essex. We have specialist sales and lettings in offices in Cambridge, Great Shelford, Histon, Saffron Walden and Ely.

Key responsibilities of a Lettings Instructions Manager

The main purpose of the role is to win new listings and gain new rental instructions to drive lettings market share within the Leeds area.

You will have a pro-active and entrepreneurial approach to winning new business always searching for the next opportunity. You will build a strong rapport with our Estate Agency and Financial Service teams to increase referral activity and you will build and maintain a comprehensive client and investor database. You will also have excellent industry knowledge alongside a strong knowledge of the geographical area. You will also need to have a passion for advertising and promoting your instructions to an extremely high standard.

Skills and experience required to be a successful Lettings Instructions Manager

  • Lettings experience. Preferably already a Lister, Valuer or a Senior Lettings Negotiator looking for progression
  • Able to generate new business in a target driven environment
  • Outstanding customer care / customer service experience
  • Resilient, positive, organised, numerate and detail oriented
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • IT literate (MS Office, internet, email systems)
  • A Full UK driving licence
