As our Personal Assistant and Office Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping an environment where people feel valued, energised, and excited to come together and innovate.
About the Role:
Support Leadership with Impact
- Provide high-level support to our leadership team, enabling them to focus on driving the business forward.
- Manage schedules, expenses, organise meetings, book travel and ensure every detail is thoughtfully planned.
- Filter and prioritise requests for leadership time and attention, ensuring they focus on what matters most.
- Handle sensitive communications with discretion, acting as a trusted gatekeeper and representative of the leadership team.
Champion Our Culture
- Be the first smile and warm welcome that sets the tone for everyone who walks through our doors.
- Help create an office experience that inspires people to come together, collaborate, and celebrate shared successes.
- Lead the charge in making the office a space that reflects our values and amplifies our culture.
Be a People Ambassador
- Partner closely with HR to support on all things culture, onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring every touchpoint is seamless and welcoming.
- Help new hires feel at home from day one, connecting them with our culture and people.
- Act as a key resource for employees, assisting with queries, working closely with the Head of HR.
Own Office Operations
- Keep our office running smoothly, managing supplies, facilities, and vendors.
- Take charge of logistics for team events, celebrations (Christmas and Summer parties), and meetings-ensuring they run effortlessly, within budget and memorably.
- Identify and implement ways to improve the office experience, from small touches to big ideas.
