We are seeking a highly skilled and versatile Assistant director software developer with strong proficiency in .NET, Python, and Java. The ideal candidate will have a solid foundation in software engineering principles and a track record of developing scalable, high-quality software solutions across a variety of platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

- Technical Leadership: Lead a team of 3-5 software developers, providing technical guidance, mentorship, and code reviews.

- Project Management: Collaborate with the Director of Software Development to define project scope, timelines, and resource allocation.

- Design, develop, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable code across Python, Java and Angular JS for new unique ID platform.

- Collaborate with the development team to plan, design, and execute software solutions that align with the company's strategic goals.

- Participate in code reviews, ensuring adherence to industry standards and best practices.

- Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing software applications written in .NET

- Integrate software components and third-party programs to meet specifications.

- Create technical documentation for reference and reporting.

- Stay updated with the latest technology trends and advancements in .NET, Python, and Java development.

Required Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.

- 5+ years of experience in software development, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality software solutions.

- 2+ years of experience leading a small team of software developers.

- Proven experience as a software developer, with a strong portfolio in .NET, Python, and Java projects.

- Deep understanding of object-oriented programming, software architecture, and design patterns.

- Familiarity with the full software development life cycle (SDLC).

- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).

- Web technologies (e.g., Angular JS).

- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Certifications in .NET, Python, or Java.

- Unique ID Management platform experience.

- Knowledge of Agile development methodologies.
