Sales Manager

Role Introduction

This exciting role will be managing a team of field based account managers selling the OneAdvanced Care portfolio of SaaS Software solutions into the Care Sector customer base. They will be driving incremental revenue growth across our Domicilliary and Residential customer base and graduating customers with legacy products to our new OneAdvanced Care platform.

The purpose of the role is to deliver the agreed revenue targets for the Advanced Care sector through the account management team. This will be done by ensuring the team are pro-actively prospecting through regular account reviews, following up campaigns, being consultative with customers to ensure we are understanding their key challenges and selling the right solutions to provide real benefit to their organisations.

What You Will Do

Be responsible for the business revenues within the market through pro-active account management and the Advanced Value Selling methodology.

In conjunction with the VP Care, agree sales strategy and implement accordingly for the designated market.

You will pro-actively manage the sales funnel and process on behalf of the team to ensure the right level of opportunities are being created on a monthly/quarterly basis and the sales targets are achieved in line with the profiled budget across the year.

Coach and develop the team around core sales skills and the Advanced Value Selling process

Work as part of the wider Care team to ensure product & marketing messages, key USPs, roadmap and delivery timings are communicated effectively to the sales team and customers.

Support the team to deliver excellence in terms behaviour and service to our customers enhancing our NPS results and retention objectives.

Provide accurate forecasting of sales bookings by revenue and volume and product on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis.

Work with other functions (Customer Success, PS, Finance etc) within the business to ensure the needs of the team and our customers are met.

Generate, build and maintain close working relationships with Care organisations to act as key reference sites and to assist in new sales.

Provide market intelligence and feedback to Sales & Marketing and other departments.
