Location- We are predominantly based in the North West of England, with offices in Manchester, Liverpool, Leeds, Bolton & Southport, as well as a team in Cambridge. Fletchers Solicitors have a fantastic opportunity for a Legal Change Manger to join our growing Team.
The role will be to lead on shaping and expanding the legal offering across the Fletchers Group, driving forward change projects and improvements to enhance our ways of working and create great client experiences enabling Fletchers to go from strength to strength.

Main Responsibilities:
- To assist in the design of legal change initiatives and projects, working with other departments to identify their requirements and the Transformation team to develop them
- Where projects have been identified and established, support their execution from a legal strategy perspective
- Assist in identifying areas for improvement and transformation within the Legal teams that will deliver and support growth and doing things better.
- Work with the Director of Transformation and Head of Legal Change to ensure compliance issues are considered and addressed in all legal activities
- Build external networks and partnerships that may support or inform strategic change projects
- Assist in the design , delivery of change training
Essential Skills and Experience:
- Experience of running legal claims in either Medical Negligence or Personal Injury or experience of working within the legal sector
- Understanding of and ability to deliver excellent client service
- A good understanding of how to grow departmental productivity, the essentials of good WIP performance , write off and recovery
- A good understanding of streamlining legal policies and procedures
- Ability to build and maintain networks of internal and external stakeholders
- Technologically literate, with an understanding of Proclaim or equivalent legal case management software
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to form positive working relationships with a wide variety of team members
- Confidently able to deliver training/presentations to stakeholders across the wider business
- Strong analytical skills
