Your Role
This position can be full time (32.5 hours) or part time. Please specify in your application what arrangement would suit you.

As a learning support mentor, you will be working alongside our learning mentors to provide support to our young people.
Our learners come from all walks of life, diverse backgrounds, and with different needs - our workforce should also reflect that, so we can engage, encourage and inspire our learners to be themselves.
Our young people deserve the best possible future and we feel the same about our team.
You will need to be resilient and dedicated to help develop abilities, creativity and raise our young peoples' self esteem.
