We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Learning Mentor to join our school team. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting children's emotional, social and academic development, ensuring that every child can thrive and achieve their best.

As a Learning Mentor, you will:

  • Build positive relationships with pupils to help remove barriers to learning.
  • Provide targeted support for children who may face challenges with behaviour, attendance, confidence, or wellbeing.
  • Work closely with teachers, families and external agencies to create tailored support plans.
  • Deliver one-to-one and small group interventions to promote resilience, engagement and progress.
  • Be a positive role model, encouraging pupils to develop skills for life both inside and outside the classroom.

The Learning Mentor role will be 35 hours a week / 39 weeks a year (Term time + 5 training days)
