Eventually getting students re-introduced to the school environment via abespoke on-site 'home from home' provision and gradually supporting students with barriers tolearning and re-engagement with learning will be your priority. You will deliver interventions within theenvironment or enable them to access lessons through online links to graduallybuild confidence and re-engage with the curriculum and each curriculum area. You will be supported by experienced colleagues who are committed and passionate about this important role within our school. As it is a new post, the successful candidate will have the opportunity to influence the success of this role and implement initiatives borne from your experience.
