We require a dynamic, committed, and hardworking Learning Mentor to join us in our new multi-million-pound school building who is passionate about pupil engagement and progression. Willow Bank School is an SEMH provision for pupils aged 7 - 16.

We are seeking a Learning Mentor with practical knowledge and experience of supporting children to access their learning effectively for our pupils across Key Stages 2, 3, and 4 whilst meeting their changing needs.

The successful candidate will be expected to be able to motivate and enthuse pupils, have high expectations and ensure that pupils' special educational needs are addressed in line with the pupil's individual EHCP whilst having due regard for the school's philosophy and policies.
