Why Join KPMG as Learning Enablement Product Manager

Reporting to the Head of Enablement the Learning Enablement Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day management of our learning operations. Enhancing the learner experience by identifying, managing, and resolving historical L&D processes, which in agreement with stakeholders will stop/start or continue.

You will manage and oversee process improvement, focusing on cost efficiency, leading customer service, reducing duplication and data driven insights. Where possible working to see where processes can be automated. D emonstrable experience of managing projects to time, cost and quality whilst managing and mitigating risks/issues.

What will you be doing?

Working with the business you will be required to build excellent relationships with the key stakeholders and help define the future roadmap for Enablement activities. In addition to the technology, you will also have accountability for leading operational support.

Building and owning a playbook resource to help stakeholders understand the art of the possible. You will define technical support models and processes that will help support the digital learning experience all employees receive.

  • Maintain relationships with Tech, Compliance, Risk, People, Transformation and Culture teams.
  • Support and manage certain aspects of the relationship with KPMG Learning Services (KLS).
  • Participate in global working groups to ensure UK requirements are always adequately captured.
  • Provide a clear guidance in Taxonomy, process maps, job aids and upskilling sessions to equip learning teams with the knowledge they need to deliver effectively.
  • Enable teams to develop meaningful management information for learning consumption and quality/risk purposes and to measure the effectiveness of learning and support the achievement of its goals.
  • Staying abreast of technology and industry trends.

What will you need to do it?

  • Product Manager focussed and experienced, able to become expert with confidence in demonstrating content.
  • Experience in developing Product Roadmaps.
  • Experience in Learning at a manager level.
  • Professional training / HR development / education qualifications in relevant subject area.
  • Well-developed verbal and written communication skills to address diverse organisational stakeholders at all levels.
  • The ability to role model collaboration, and consult confidently, effectively, and independently with senior levels of the organisation.
  • Strong business and commercial acumen with the ability to use and interpret appropriate metrics.
  • Maximising return on investment through meaningful data insights, spotting trends and highlighting areas for improvement.
  • Experience in supporting the management of compliance controls. Ensuring we meet and can evidence all requests from FRC and ISQM1 test teams.
  • Experience in managing databases and scoping / managing technology change requests.
  • Data collation, reporting and analytics, providing insight where appropriate.
  • Support the execution of change plans as necessary, ensuring continuity of service to the business in a transparent and seamless fashion.
  • Excellent organisational skills.
  • Resilient with the ability to work under pressure, problem solve and meet deadlines.
