Key Responsibilities

As the Learning & Development Senior Manager, you will have global responsibility across 13 countries for:

  • Guiding and inspiring a small, dedicated L&D team based in Athens, Greece to deliver high-impact learning experiences across the organisation
  • Strategic planning and day-to-day operations, ensuring seamless development and implementation a global L&D strategy and learning paths across the globe and ensure consistency across the different locations whilst bringing a strong awareness of differing markets and cultural nuances
  • Leading the selection, deployment, and optimisation of a state-of-the-art LMS that serves our diverse global workforce
  • Overseeing the design and deliver learning paths that reflect local market needs and drive employee development across multiple regions
  • Forging strong, collaborative relationships with senior business leaders, bringing your professional gravitas, credibility and influence to your role
  • Taking full ownership of the L&D budget, strategically allocating resources to maximize impact and value

What we are looking for

  • Significant experience in a senior L&D role within a complex, global organization, ideally in a private equity-backed or high-growth environment
  • Proven track record of successfully implementing and managing an LMS in a global context
  • Ability to think big-picture while executing detailed plans with precision
  • Demonstrated success in leading and developing a small team to achieve exceptional results
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence senior leaders and cross-functional teams
  • Strong ability to navigate and thrive in a fast-paced, constantly evolving business landscape
