We are looking for a talented and passionate full-time Learning and Development Manager to join The Connaught Human Resources team at the award-winning 5-Star Deluxe Connaught Hotel on a nine months fixed term contract.

The Role:

As Learning and Development Manageryou will join a high profile team and drive the learning and development approach in this top performing hotel. You will be responsible for the delivery of the training and development strategy and manage the day to day operation of the training function to ensure highly effective training solutions are in place which supports high performance and retention across the hotel. You will create, deliver and evaluate engaging and innovative training and development programmes and deliver creative solutions which supports a strong team culture and commitment to exceptional guest service delivery.

Responsibilities:

You will be a highly motivated self starter with the ability to deliver to deadlines and prioritise effectively. An excellent and confident communicator, you will be passionate about people, service delivery and have the opportunity to influence and impact across all areas of the hotel, taking a proactive hands-on approach to your role. You will be an experienced and accomplished training professional with experience at a similar level or ready to take on your next step within a high profile environment. Proven experience within a training role and of managing the training cycle and is essential for this position and experience within the hospitality or service sector would be highly desirable.
