  • Purposeful Software Quality
  • A Lasting Positive Impact

Requirements

We are looking for a Lead Sales Manager that shares the same values of pragmatism, professionalism and transparency that we do. As things start to return to normal, there would be travel required to client sites and prospective clients. This will be primarily in London.

You will join an already established and fast-growing company and will be responsible for driving new business. You will be networking with key decision-makers, driving sales processes and drawing on the expertise of our business.

Working collaboratively with Codurance teams (delivery, marketing, professional services and operations), your responsibilities will include identifying and qualifying opportunities at prospective clients, crafting new business proposals and driving these through the sales cycle to close. This will involve building and sustaining multi-level relationships and selling, with the overall success being sustainable growth.

The ideal candidate will prefer using a consultative approach to business development; gaining credibility with client partners by holding insight-driven conversations. We are looking for someone who is able to apply the "consultative solution selling" methodology based on delivery and outcomes to achieve revenue goals.

This position will be integral in representing Codurance's brand, proven by building strong internal and external relationships. Duties will include supporting, executing, and providing input into our sales strategy, and keeping our CRM system up to date (Hubspot). You should be self-motivated to stay up to date with fundamental business concepts and terminology for providing expert services and products to prospects and clients.

We'd love to hear from you if you:

  • Are selling / have sold professional services (consultancy, software delivery)
  • Have experience selling solutions to scale up, mid-market and enterprise customers
  • Have a good understanding of our industry (particularly modern technology and Agile)

Benefits

Joining a consultancy offers a unique and varied experience. We are a relatively small team and you will have the opportunity to contribute to the evolution of services as well as learning from team members who have a passion for product development. In addition we offer:

  • Personal learning budget - access to Learnerbly, our online learning and development tool, to support your personal development and career progression here
  • Training - no fixed training budget. So long as the course is relevant for the company and you'll do a lightning talk on the subject, we're happy to pay for it
  • Life cover and private medical - Long-term sickness cover. Private medical cover including dental, hearing and optical
  • Long service awards - two additional days of holiday when you enter your third year (on top of 25 days), two additional days after five years, two additional days after eight years (31 days in total) and a month fully paid sabbatical after ten years of service
  • Pension (4% top-up) and income protection - Option to choose from an employer pension top-up to 5% or a holiday voucher for the value of £1000 after 5 years of service. 8% pension top-up or a holiday voucher for the value of £2000 after 8 years of service
  • Employee assistance program (EAP) including access to well-being support (counselling, therapy)
  • Enhanced parental leave
  • Electric car and cycle-to-work scheme

Salary: £60-£80k Basic + £30-£40k OTE (uncapped commission)

Everyone should have the right to bring their whole self to work and be celebrated for who they are. Our people are hired purely on their commitment to these values and their ambition to deliver outstanding results for our clients. Codurance is proud to be an Equal Opportunities Employer and is committed to fostering an inclusive workplace.
