Job Title: Lead Project Professional – Delivery

Salary: From £45,628 depending on skills and experience

What you’ll be doing:

• Leading material management activities across the Astute Programme
• Mentoring and leading a large team of Project Professionals
• Managing a broad network of cross-functional stakeholders
• Collaborating with the customer to ensure our contractual obligations are met
• Leading complex projects involving multiple internal and external stakeholders
• Analysing data and presenting findings and recommendations to senior management
• Adhering to all Project Management & Controls processes

Your skills and experiences:

Essential:

• Experience of leading a team in complex engineering, manufacturing or regulated environments
• APM Qualified or equivalent project management experience working within a multi-disciplined team
• Ability to analyse, interpret and communicate complex information to stakeholders
• Excellent IT Skills such as MS Office and Excel

Desirable:

• Previous SAP experience
• Previous submarines/defence industry experience would be advantageous
