Job Title: Lead Project Professional – Delivery

Salary: From £45,628 depending on skills and experience
What you’ll be doing:
- Leading material management activities across the Astute Programme
- Mentoring and leading a large team of Project Professionals
- Managing a broad network of cross-functional stakeholders
- Collaborating with the customer to ensure our contractual obligations are met
- Leading complex projects involving multiple internal and external stakeholders
- Analysing data and presenting findings and recommendations to senior management
- Adhering to all Project Management & Controls processes
Your skills and experiences:
Essential:
- Experience of leading a team in complex engineering, manufacturing or regulated environments
- APM Qualified or equivalent project management experience working within a multi-disciplined team
- Ability to analyse, interpret and communicate complex information to stakeholders
- Excellent IT Skills such as MS Office and Excel
Desirable:
- Previous SAP experience
- Previous submarines/defence industry experience would be advantageous
