Job Title: Lead Project Professional

Salary: £45,628+ depending on skills and experience

What you’ll be doing:

· Establishing and managing configuration change within the programme

· Developing a clear structured plan for build progression in the programme

· Identifying and managing risks and opportunities within the project

· Liaising with senior stakeholders through chairing and presenting meetings

· Daily management of the team and reporting up to Executive level stakeholders

· Identifying resource demands within the team and gaps in skills/knowledge with a prepared plan to address

· Undertaking advanced problem solving and scenario development

Your skills and experiences:

Essential:

  • Demonstrable Project Management experience working on complex projects
  • Proven experience in managing and leading a team
  • Experienced in collaborating with cross-functional teams
  • Excellent Stakeholder Management experience
  • Project Management qualification e.g. APM

Desirable:

  • Experience within the Defence industry

The SSNA Build & Test Project Management Team:

This is a fantastic opportunity to join the SSNA Build & Test Project Management Team where you will support the design phase of the SSNA Programme through ensuring the product is buildable and testable.
