Job description

We are seeking an accomplished and resilient Lead Programme Manager to join Safran Seats GB - a world leader in the concept, design, manufacture and support of cutting-edge First and Business class seating solutions.

Management of our most complex Customer Programmes with line management
responsibility for one or more Programme Managers each managing their own low to medium complexity programme or a Senior Programme Manager leading a higher
complexity programme.

Candidate skills & requirements

What we are looking for:
- Proven Leadership experience within Programme from a complex manufacturing environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering or a related field
- A Master's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or
related fields is a plus.
- Strong understanding of technical and regulatory standards
- Leadership and resilience: A "street fighter" mentality - demonstrating tenacity, grit, and the willingness to challenge the status quo to achieve results.
