As a Lead Program Manager in Digital Platform & Services, you will drive the successful delivery of complex technology projects and programs that will help reaching business goals across the firm. Leveraging deep knowledge of technical principles, practices, and theories is essential for developing innovative solutions, effectively managing resources, budgets, and high-performing teams. Your strong analytical reasoning and adaptability skills will enable you to navigate through ambiguity and change, ensuring that technology initiatives align with business goals. With advanced communication and stakeholder management abilities, you will foster productive working relationships and influence decision-making to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes. As a subject matter expert, you will contribute to the development of operational plans and risk management strategies, ensuring the highest quality and professionalism in service delivery.

We are looking for senior management executive, capable of jumping into a fast paced and dynamic environment to provide organizational cohesiveness and drive the delivery of key initiatives. You'll have a proven track record of 10+ years of large scale business transformation and delivery including strategy, planning, operational management, corporate communications and stakeholder management. This role requires an individual who has long term management experience with multifaceted organizations that were undergoing change, while driving consistent, cohesive and optimized delivery protocols.

Job responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, incorporating technical requirements, resource allocation, and timelines to ensure on-time delivery of technology solutions
  • Identify and mitigate risks, proactively addressing potential roadblocks and implementing contingency plans to maintain project momentum
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product, and business stakeholders, to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with overall business goals
  • Utilize advanced analytical reasoning to assess project performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement data-driven optimizations to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
  • Champion the adoption of agile methodologies and technical solutions, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation within the team

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • 5-7 years of Program and/or Project management for a large scale and matrixed Product organization
  • 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in technical program management, leading complex technology projects and programs in a large organization
  • 3- 5 years of direct management experience of a diverse team delivering product solutions
  • 3-5 years of stakeholder management experience, with a particular focus on technical stakeholders
  • Proven experience in managing plan of record, scope definition, approval, strategy, and execution for onsite/offsite infrastructure programs, by integrating, negotiating, and aligning with key stakeholders, real estate, factory engineering, construction, procurement, finance, and project customers
  • Strong understanding of Waterfall and Agile methods including SAFe - Scaled Agile Framework
  • Understanding of global project and program management standards and methods including the project management tools
  • Advanced expertise in stakeholder management, with the ability to establish productive working relationships and influence decision-making across cross-functional teams and clients
  • Advanced experience in utilizing technical fluency, including knowledge of vendor products and managing vendor relations, to enable on-demand access to shared pools of applications and services
  • Proven track record of effectively managing resources, budgets, and high-performing teams in a fast-paced, agile environment
  • Demonstrated proficiency in applying analytical reasoning and problem-solving techniques to break down business, technical, or operational objectives into manageable tasks and activities
  • Jira experience is a must
  • Experience with JIRA Align is a big plus
