As Lead Product Manager for Customer Fulfilment - Workflow Management, you will define and drive the strategic direction of a critical product that enables our dotcom and operations managers to effectively fulfil over 1.5 million customer orders each week.
You will be accountable for building, leading, and developing a small team of Product Managers, empowering them to deliver meaningful business and customer value. You will shape the long-term product vision, ensuring Workflow Management continues to evolve in line with business strategy, operational needs, and customer expectations.
