Job Title: Lead Planning Professional

Salary: £45,628+ Dependant on skills and experience
What you’ll be doing:
- Performing advanced project reporting & scheduling
- Undertaking advanced problem solving and scenario development
- Adhering to business process and procedures to support work scopes and Programme targets
- Consolidate information from multiple sources to support Programme objectives
- Leading a small team of professionals to develop and mature Programme and Delivery schedules
Your skills and experiences:
Essential:
- Experience in Primavera P6 and SAP
- Submarines Build and/or Test & Commissioning knowledge
Desirable:
- APM qualification
- Relevant degree level qualification
- Previous leadership experience / coaching

The Build, Test and Commissioning Planning Team – SSNA Programme:
In this role you will have the opportunity to make a difference in how we develop ways of working on the programme. You will be crucial in supporting the development of Programme schedules adhering to best planning practice. This is an exciting role with an opportunity to progress your career in the PM&C function and support your personal development at BAE Systems.
