For our team in Web Content team London (UK) we are looking for a Lead / Manager Web Content.

You will:

  • Have responsibility for the design, development and delivery of website content and omnichannel toolboxes across global SFP brands.
  • Act as key contributor and representative for Web Content in cross-functional teams.
  • Ensure interlocks with multiple stakeholders including CX, UX, SEO, Deployment, Ecommerce, Brand, Channels and agency partners to ensure connected consumer journeys.
  • Partner with cross functional teams, design markets, and appropriate regional and commercial forums to ensure toolboxes are fully adopted, delivering on content connections across the consumer journey.
  • Be a recognised Ambassador of our Brand, championing its DNA and core values in various forums.

We are looking for someone with:

  • +5 years of relevant expertise
  • Proven ability to develop impactful, integrated communication plans to meet consumer needs.
  • Strategic and innovative with a passion for driving conversion and customer satisfaction throughout the consumer journey.
  • Ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and key stakeholders.
  • An astute briefer with drive and confidence to evaluate agency and creative work.
  • An individual that can build collaborative relationships, demonstrates empathy and resilience.
  • Comfortable in a complex working environment and can work with ambiguity.
  • Preferably SFP market experience.
  • An understanding of SEO, UX, website CMS and design principles.
