About the roleAs an experienced Graphic Designer you will develop, design and deliver exceptional creative work and visual concepts in response to commercial, service and creative briefs. Delivering across omni-channel customer touchpoints and also lead creative projects. From brand campaigns, right through to direct response campaigns - no two days will be the same.

Salary - up to £65,000 (depending on experience)

Contract type - This position is secondment/fixed term contract for 6 months

Working pattern/flexible working - The Partnership has adopted a hybrid working approach, meaning you'll be able to work a mixture between the office and home based upon your personal needs whilst balancing the needs of the business. The team aims for around 1 day a week in the office to connect and on a more ad-hoc basis to attend key meetings.

Best in class design skills and advertising experience to deliver exceptional brand, direct response and service creative, with flair and authority across online and offline channels.

Able to work collaboratively with other areas of the business. Interpret creative briefs, and respond with a wide range of strong concepts, that lead to compelling campaigns and creative work.

You’ll ensure all creative work produced meets Financial Promotions regulatory, legal and compliance standards. Along with ensuring it’s clear, fair and not mis-leading.

Work collaboratively with internal studio and third party creatives. Able to make strong creative decisions, making sure design work is on brand and in line with our guidelines

Support junior members of the team across creative and content, ensuring understanding of how guidelines can be applied and challenged.
Essential skills/experience you’ll need

Outstanding design skills, with a passion for innovation

Strong knowledge of print-production and digital channels, brand development and the creative process

Demonstrable experience using these across multiple channels/platforms

Experience in financial services marketing and communications, plus a sound understanding of financial promotion principles

Excellent communication and presentation skills. Able to interpret business requirements and briefs and turn these into thought provoking, award-winning ideas

Portfolio showcasing examples of your great design work, including examples of brand and direct response campaigns
