Your Role

Capgemini is looking for Lead AUTOSAR Engineer who will be aSingle Point of Contact (SPOC) between the customer, onsite, and offshore teams, ensuring smooth communication and coordination across all stakeholders. Key responsibilities include:

• Lead AUTOSAR integration and configuration activities for Bootloaders (CAN/Ethernet), Security Stack (Crypto, SecOC, CSM, HSM), ECU Extracts, Communication and Diagnostics Stacks, ensuring compliance with ISO 26262 and project standards.
• Coordinate onsite-offshore collaboration for planning, issue resolution, deliverable reviews, and technical accuracy, while driving process improvements and CI/CD pipeline enhancements.
• Perform and review memory partitioning and protection configurations (MemMap, MPU, MMU) to ensure ECU robustness and safety, and support validation through RCA and detailed network log analysis.
• Act as technical leader and customer interface, conducting design reviews, training sessions, knowledge sharing, and presenting project status while collaborating with architects and platform teams for timely delivery.

Your Profile

Required Skills:

• Strong experience in Classic AUTOSAR SWC development, RTE, and BSW configuration (AUTOSAR 4.x).
• Proven expertise in Bootloader, Security Stack, and Diagnostics Stack configuration and integration.
• Proficiency with Vector DaVinci Configurator and DaVinci Developer.
• Sound understanding of OBD, UDS, DoIP, CAN, LIN, and Ethernet communication protocols.
• Experience with Functional Safety (ISO 26262) and safety mechanism configurations.
• Hands-on experience with Memory Partitioning/Protection and system-level configurations.
• Expertise in Domain and Zonal Architecture concepts and their integration in modern vehicle platforms.
• Proficient in embedded C, with strong debugging and root cause analysis skills.
• Experience with Infineon TriCore TC2xx/TC3xx microcontrollers.
• Skilled in using CANoe, CANape, and CAPL scripting.
• Hands-on experience with UDE and Lauterbach TRACE32 debugging tools.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and leadership skills for managing both onsite and offshore collaboration effectively.Provide technical leadership by guiding junior team members, conducting design reviews, and ensuring adherence to project security and safety requirements.
