We're looking for highly motivated professionals and leaders to help execute our global talent strategy focused on associate and employee attrition, manager and leader effectiveness, career development, employee engagement and experience, and leaders onboarding.

Key job responsibilities
As an L&D Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the learner experience across multiple operations training programs in the EU. This role goes beyond day-to-day coordination - you will be trusted to lead special projects and strategic process improvements that strengthen program delivery, enhance scalability, and improve stakeholder visibility. At the same time, you will gain a deep understanding of the tactical demands of a wide portfolio of training programs, ensuring seamless execution for thousands of learners.

A day in the life
• Lead special projects and process improvement initiatives to optimize EU training program coordination
• Design and implement new workflows that improve efficiency, accuracy, and learner experience
• Coordinate and manage training logistics across multiple programs, ensuring seamless operations
• Leverage Learning Management Systems (LMS) and internal portals to maintain courses, registrations, and reporting accuracy
• Collect, analyze, and present data to influence stakeholders and guide program strategy

Basic Qualifications

- Experience completing complex tasks quickly with little to no guidance and react with appropriate urgency to situations that require a quick turnaround
- Bachelor's Degree in business, HR, organizational development, or related field
- Progressive work experience in training, learning operations, or a similar discipline
- Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- High attention to detail with excellent organizational skills
- Proven ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects independently
- Flexible, enthusiastic, and eager to learn

Preferred Qualifications

- Master's Degree in business, HR, organizational development, or related field
- Demonstrated career progression in Project Management, Training, HR, Talent Acquisition, or similar functions
- Strong experience analyzing large data sets and applying insights for continuous improvement
- Holds a recognized Project Management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or equivalent)
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional projects and drive process improvement initiatives
