Overview
THE ROLE
The L&D Senior Advisor plays a key strategic role in shaping, delivering, and continuously evolving the learning and development agenda across Publicis Groupe. Building on extensive experience in programme management and learning design, you now focus on strategic implementation of L&D initiatives, ensuring they directly support business priorities and future capability needs.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
You will lead on AI training and initiatives as a key focus to transform how we upskill our people and business. This includes designing and delivering AI learning programmes, embedding responsible use practices, and driving adoption of AI tools to enhance productivity and innovation.
You work in close partnership with Talent Advisors, Talent Partners, senior leaders, and external providers to consult, influence, and co-create impactful learning solutions. Confident in facilitating learning experiences, you lead more sessions personally and ensure that bespoke, high-quality content is designed and delivered to meet both team and business requirements.
You take ownership of a wide portfolio of programmes and projects, from conception to evaluation, using data insights to measure impact, refine solutions, and embed a culture of continuous learning. Your expertise extends to proactively identifying emerging needs and advising the business on strategic learning priorities.
In addition to content creation and facilitation, you mentor and coach other members of the L&D team, providing guidance, sharing expertise, and helping to build capability within the function. Through trusted relationships and expert consultation, you influence leadership thinking on learning, and drive business performance through innovative and impactful development initiatives.

- Experience in AI training or emerging tech (or a strong passion to develop in this area)
