As a Land Manager within the Land, Property & Consents Team, you will play a critical role in driving this growth by negotiating and securing vital agreements and acquisitions for our projects.

As Land Manager your key responsibilities will include:

- Providing support to the business to deliver a range of land services including land origination and feasibility, land assembly, valuation, negotiation of option agreements, leases, wayleaves and other land rights and acquisitions.

- Contribute and assist in the delivery of the Land, Property & Consents function strategy in supporting the business objectives and growth ambitions.

- Manage and ensure the timely delivery of all land agreements and land rights required for projects through the origination, development and construction stages. Lead and provide support and advice to the Project Development Managers on all land matters, negotiations and internal approval processes.

- Maintain effective communication and transparency of deliverables and risks with internal stakeholders including project teams, senior management, procurement and legal.

- Work with project teams to appoint external consultants under a clear Scope of Works and manage such appointments effectively in order to secure value for money and timely execution of deliverables.

What do I need?

To be considered for this role, we would love you to:

- Be educated to degree level in a relevant discipline, a member of or working towards being a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.

- Have experience in acquisition and/or development across relevant sectors including renewables, rural, residential and commercial.

- Have experience and strong skills in land and property negotiations.

- Have experience in project management and an understanding of major project delivery.

- Have the ability to effectively manage and communicate with internal and external stakeholders.
