We are seeking a Key Account Manager (Travel Retail) (15-month Maternity Cover) to join our Travel Retail Sales team at Fossil Group in Milton Keynes. If you are passionate about building strong B2B customer relationships and enjoy driving commercial performance, this could be the perfect role for you. In this dynamic and global company, you will play a key role in executing our regional sales strategy and maximising growth opportunities across the travel retail channel. This is a 15-month maternity cover position.

What you will do in this role

  • Develop and deliver strategic account business plans that maximise profit, growth and brand visibility across the travel retail channel.
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets, using sales analytics and regular business reviews to identify risks and opportunities.
  • Drive sell-in across brands and categories, planning and coordinating promotional and sales activities with Key Account Support and GTM teams.
  • Identify and execute sell-through initiatives to increase market share and ensure strong in-store performance.
  • Coordinate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, VM and Supply Chain to secure optimal execution for your accounts.
  • Lead annual commercial negotiations with key partners and manage structured stakeholder communication plans.
  • Organise and represent Fossil Group at trade fairs, customer meetings and industry events.

Who You Are

  • Excellent communicator with strong written and verbal skills.
  • Skilled relationship builder with proven stakeholder management experience in a B2B environment.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data and insights into clear commercial actions.
  • Experienced negotiator; formal negotiation training is a plus.
  • Strategic thinker with experience developing and executing account business plans.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or a related field (or equivalent experience) preferred.
  • Highly self-motivated, adaptable and comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment.
  • Demonstrated experience leading or managing a small team and a strong passion for retail, brands and consumer trends
