A vacancy has arisen within our Refrigeration Division for a Key Account Manager - Kitchen.

The role contributes to the success of the Liebherr-Great Britain Ltd Refrigerators and Freezers Division. The primary objective of the role is to drive sustainable growth and long-term partnerships with Key Retail accounts whilst working within the Company's key result areas; Business Performance, Customer Focus, People and Teamwork, Leadership.

The Key Account Manager will increase market share, improve commercial performance, and elevate brand presence across strategic customers by delivering excellent account management, commercial strategy and execution.

Your responsibilities as a Key Account Manager:
• Contributing to the sales growth of Key Retail Accounts within the Kitchen Chanel through effective and pro-active management of the relationship to achieve long-term growth and profitability, thereby consistently achieving value, volume and margin targets.
• Identifying new business opportunities within existing accounts.
• Analysing sales performance, forecasts and market trends to identify growth opportunities.
• Developing and delivering account plans to drive revenue, margin and market share.
• Negotiating commercial agreements, promotional plans and product listings.
• Working collaboratively and effectively with other departments to maximise business results .
• Possessing excellent communication skills to ensure a smooth and seamless handover of products to customers.
• Maintaining and developing an excellent relationship with existing clients, establishing regular communication to be able to assess any new requirements.
• Maintaining an accurate database of all customer contact details.
• Managing a small geographical area with dedicated targets for both sales and profitability.
• Identifying the opportunity to supervise product demonstrations at selected customer sites to facilitate the closing of new business deals.
• Taking the initiative to be involved with trade and consumer shows.
• Always representing Liebherr professionally.

Your Profile:

The successful candidate will require the following:
• Educated to degree level or proven experience within the kitchen appliance sector and in a Key Account Manager, or Account Manager role.
• Highly motivated strategic thinker with ability to turn insight into action.
• An analytical mind with the ability to interpret numbers into meaningful data and draw conclusions.
• Experience managing multiple accounts and priorities simultaneously.
• Enthusiastic about products, brand and customer experience.
• Strong relationship builder and stakeholder management.
• Excellent planning, organisation and time management.
• Strong IT skills, including Excel, PowerPoint, Teams etc.
• Full clean driving licence.
