Key Account Manager in Birmingham

Newstaff Recruitment Agency is recruiting for a Key Account Manager on behalf of our client based in Birmingham.

Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 per annum + excellent commission structure + extensive benefits package

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and manage relationships with new and existing clients, providing exceptional support and client satisfaction.
• Develop and manage your own sales pipeline, targeting unrestricted areas and industries.
• Work closely with the Group Sales Director to meet sales goals, converting leads into long-term client relationships.

Essential Skills and Experience:

• Proven track record in client relationship management, sales, and project design within the fire and security sector.
• Experience in product and service development.
• Highly self-motivated with exceptional organisational skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in client acquisition and relationship-building.

Working Hours:

• 9-day working fortnight, offering an optimal work-life balance.
