Salary: Grade 10, £34,350 to £37,950 per annum (Pro-rata for 2.5 days) (Pay Award Pending)
Working Hours: Full-time, Job Share - 18.5 hours per week

About the Role
This is an 18.5 hour job share opportunity, and the successful candidate will be responsible for managing key customer accounts for ESPO.
The customer base will include schools and academy trusts, as well as other public sector customers such as local authorities and charities. In addition to managing a customer base of your own you will support your regional team to grow business through effective account management and by targeting suitable new accounts.
You will help prepare annual sales forecasts and annual/monthly coverage plans for your areas, and report to a National Account Manager to agree targets, forecasts and plans. Using the Spirit CRM system you will also help to maintain accurate customer contact information and you will also provide market feedback and intelligence for your areas, and help to ensure that our customers receive a truly excellent customer experience.
About You:
Ideally you will have:
- Proven Education sales relationship and/or account management experience
- Driving License is essential.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Experience of helping to prepare sales forecasts and sales targets
- Excellent presentation skills to deliver to customer and specialist groups
- We'd also expect you to share our commitment to our values and will ask you to evidence when you have demonstrated them as part of the interview process.
