Role Summary
The role of the Solution Onboarding Cross-functional TOM Lead is to support the solution onboarding program centrally across all KDN functions i.e. Audit, Tax and Advisory. It will support KDN leadership, central teams, delivery centers to align on priorities to onboard solutions. The responsibility of the role is to drive requirements gathering phase for solution and working for through Target Operating Model Blueprint aligned with KDN strategy for all new solutions. The focus of the role will be drafting and improvising a repeatable methodology with supporting documentation/assets to drive TOM Blueprint. Additionally, it will be to implement and track KPI's on the performance of the solution onboarding process; identify, validate and implement process improvement initiatives to streamline solution onboarding process.
How you will make your mark
- Act a subject matter expert on Target Operating Model (TOM) framework for all solutions
- Lead the design of Target Operating Model (TOM), ensuring it is scalable, and aligned with KDN's goals.
- Liaise with multiple KDN and external stakeholders i.e., GDC Transformation, HR, Technology team etc.
- Develop detailed plans for the implementation of new processes, technology, organizational structures, and performance measures
- Provide guidance around the implementation of the TOM, managing timelines, resources, and budgets
- Provide guidance around communicating progress, and achievements of the TOM implementation to key stakeholders
This is the job for you if you have
- Professional experience in leading transformation programs across Fortune 500 companies in alignment with overall business objectives
- Bachelors Degree from an accredited college/university; Masters or advanced degree from an accredited college/university preferred
- Experience in Global Delivery Model deployments i.e., Business Services, Captive Shared Services, Centres of Excellence (COE)
- Proven experience enacting organizational strategy and design while building a high performing team to create value through execution
- Apply a strategic perspective to drive progressive discussions in a matrixed organization
- Ability to effectively structure, articulate and lead presentations to translate data into actionable business plans
- Demonstrated ability to employ strategic thinking in sensitive and complex situations
- Strong analytical, writing, interpersonal, communication and oral advocacy skills
- Ability to demonstrate a commitment to drive diversity, equity and inclusion at the group, enterprise, industry, and community level
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams on projects; communicate business decisions effectively across all levels of the organization
- Detailed knowledge and experience in implementing project management frameworks including issues and risks management, developing detailed project plans, and managing project budget
