Your Role

• Design, execute, and maintain manual test cases for Salesforce applications.
• Log and track defects using JIRA and manage test cases in Xray.
• Collaborate with developers, analysts, and stakeholders to ensure quality across SDLC.
• Participate in requirement reviews and provide testing feedback.
• Contribute to test planning, estimation, and reporting activities.
• Support automation efforts using tools like Selenium or TestNG.
• Ensure thorough documentation of test results and issues.
• Maintain high standards of QA processes and continuous improvement.

Your Profile

• Hands-on experience in manual testing, especially with Salesforce applications.
• Proficient in JIRA and Xray for test management and defect tracking.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
• Familiarity with automation frameworks and scripting is a plus.
• Detail-oriented with a strong grasp of QA methodologies.
• Comfortable working in collaborative, cross-functional teams.
• Bonus: Exposure to automation tools and agile environments.
