Overview

Join Our Team as a Capacity Manager

The successful candidate will need to be able to evaluate and understand business and people data. They will need to utilise the data to create affordable, executable hiring plans. This person will be the representative for our offshore departments, working with different teams to understand their resource needs, then finding solutions using our existing resource, and planning accordingly.

They will lead conversations on skills/capabilities required within the organisation and work closely with their stakeholders and our internal central staffing deliver team, to develop a talent mapping and acquisition fulfillment plans. The Capacity Manager is the primary point of contact to the business and internal teams for articulating the approach to meeting our offshore people needs and updating the plan in real-time as things change.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for the Media part of our organisation, collaborating with senior stakeholders to define and drive annual operational project and capacity plans.
  • Lead the development and execution of hiring plans to meet business demands
  • Act as the engagement lead with delivery centers, resolving operational challenges and fostering strong relationships.
  • Manage real-time and strategic resource allocations, addressing staffing issues efficiently.
  • Own financial forecasting, managing cost reconciliation and budget planning with a keen eye on accuracy and strategic goals.
  • Deliver comprehensive capacity, utilization, and hiring reports, providing insights to senior leadership.
  • Collaborate with senior stakeholders, finance, and delivery teams to align workforce planning with business needs.
  • Support global workforce initiatives, enhancing overall business structure and process improvements.

Qualifications

  • Experience in resource management, workforce planning, or project management.
  • Strong Excel skills, with experience in using pivot tables and data analysis tools.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
  • Demonstrated reliability and a proactive mindset focused on continuous learning and self-improvement.
  • Ability to work independently, managing multiple priorities in a high-pressure environment.
  • Experience in building and managing remote relationships, with a strong sense of organizational awareness.
