Location:

If you're a great Account Director searching for a new challenge, we have the role for you. We're looking for a proven client services superstar who's ready to take the wheel and achieve greatness. There's no ceiling - you'll be afforded the space to 'own' your accounts and your campaigns - and given the support and backing to achieve success.

Role:

  • Reporting directly to the Lead Consultant, you will have responsibility and accountability for our key global clients. You will work across projects that span social media, PR, brand positioning, campaign marketing, content creation and that's just a flavour of what we cover in this team.
  • You will be responsible for planning and delivering against highly-ambitious revenue and profitability targets.
  • Experience across the board is a must - knowledge, and understanding of integrated channels, with a clear and confident approach to all-things-digital is essential. Equally, an understanding of proposition, brand, and creative concepts is vital.
  • An ability to multitask with a huge capacity for getting things done is a must.
  • Building client relationships to grow accounts, you will have a natural ability to identify and capture new opportunities.

Recruitment Process:

  • Stage 1 - Screening call done via Teams with the Talent Acquisition Manager
  • Stage 2 - Interview via Teams with the Head of CS and Talent Acquisition Manager
  • Stage 3 - Task & final interview with the Head of CS and Head of People
