About the role
We are looking for a highly motivated Finance Manager based in London, UK with a passion for numbers, invoices, and financial processes. You shall enjoy working in a flexible and dynamic environment while consistently striving to exceed the expectations of clients, team members,
and co-workers.

The Finance Manager is dynamic, strategic, and analytical person who also are passionate about online video marketing. Through meticulous attention to detail, they can manage multiple complex projects with ease - whether they call for organizational skills, statistical analysis, or business acumen - and are always ready and excited to put in the extra work.

Responsibilities

  • Participate in month end reporting
  • Reconciliations of Balance sheet
  • Accounts Receivable - Process invoices and follow up with clients, incoming payments
  • Accounts Payable - Process vendor bills
  • Participate in the work with budgets and forecasts
  • Participate in annual audits
  • VAT reporting
  • Maintain accounting system
  • Reporting to Head of Finance, EMEA

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Work experience as a Finance Manager or similar role
  • Good knowledge of accounting and bookkeeping procedures
  • Advanced MS Excel skills (creating spreadsheets and using financial functions)
  • Organizational and time-management skills
  • Attention to detail, with an ability to spot numerical errors
  • Fluent/ Advanced in English (written and spoken)
  • Experience with the industry of online media is a merit
  • Experience of Netsuite and Salesforce is a merit
  • Above all, possess the highest levels of professionalism, integrity, and ethics
