The studio works across luxury private residences, boutique hospitality projects, and international design commissions, delivering interiors defined by refined material palettes, bespoke furniture, and exceptional attention to detail.
They are looking for a creative, organised, and design-focused FF&E specialist who enjoys both the conceptual and delivery aspects of the role - from sourcing and specification through to procurement and installation.
This position offers the chance to work within a collaborative design environment, contributing to beautifully crafted projects while developing your expertise in global sourcing, bespoke furniture development, and high-end procurement.
The Role:
You will support and contribute to the development and delivery of thoughtful and well-resolved FF&E schemes, working closely with the interior design team throughout the design and procurement process.
Depending on your level of experience, you may take ownership of certain FF&E packages while supporting senior designers on larger projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Developing FF&E concepts that align with the overall interior design vision
- Researching and sourcing furniture, lighting, fabrics, accessories, and decorative elements
- Preparing FF&E schedules, specifications, and presentation materials
- Producing mood boards and visual presentations to communicate design intent
- Liaising with suppliers, artisans, and manufacturers both locally and internationally
- Supporting or managing procurement processes, budgets, and order tracking
- Coordinating with the wider design team to ensure design consistency throughout delivery
- Monitoring lead times, deliveries, and installations
- Assisting with on-site installation and styling
Skills & Experience:
- Degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, or a related discipline
- Experience working on high-end residential and/or luxury hospitality projects
- Proven involvement in FF&E sourcing, specification, and procurement
- Strong knowledge of furniture, fabrics, finishes, and decorative lighting
- Experience preparing FF&E schedules and specifications
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational ability
- Confident communicating with suppliers and project teams
- A strong eye for materiality, proportion, and design composition
- Ability to work collaboratively within a design-focused studio environment
Software Requirements:
- AutoCAD
- SketchUp
- Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator)
- Excel or similar tools for FF&E scheduling and procurement tracking
Why Apply:
- Work on beautiful, design-led residential and hospitality interiors
- Join a collaborative and growing international studio
- Gain exposure to global suppliers, bespoke furniture development, and artisan makers
- Be involved in projects from concept through to final installation
This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate FF&E designer looking to further their career within a studio that places craft, materiality, and design quality at the centre of every project.
