Junior Finance Manager
9 Month FTC

Your Mission at BMGAs our Junior Finance Manager, you'll be at the heart of our global recordings business, ensuring financial data is accurate, digital revenues are well managed, and processes run smoothly. You'll support both operational and strategic finance initiatives - helping to keep the Recordings Hub running efficiently. You'll work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment where precision, communication, and initiative are key. This position is a fixed-term contract beginning in May 2026.

What You'll Be Doing.

  • Supporting the month-end close process, including SAP journal postings, balance sheet reconciliations, and month-end file roll forwards.
  • Reviewing general ledgers for posting errors, performing mid-month checks, and ensuring prompt corrections.
  • Assisting with quarterly manual PPI booking instructions, meeting tight deadlines.
  • Maintaining accurate financial schedules and reconciliations to meet management and audit requirements.
  • Managing statement processing for key digital partners - including YouTube, Merlin (Meta/Facebook), TikTok, TikTok CapCut, ADA, and others - ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Supporting onboarding of new DSPs, including mapping, testing, and system integration.
  • Providing SAP support, resolving coding or mapping issues, and contributing to hub recharges and quarterly preparation activities.
  • Participating in digital and systems projects such as TikTok CapCut, Pandora, UMG Digital Longtail, and YouTube GAM onboarding, as well as AI-driven process improvements.
  • Documenting processes clearly to ensure smooth project continuity and effective knowledge sharing.

What you bring

  • Experience in finance or accounting, ideally within the music, entertainment, or media sector.
  • Proficiency in SAP and confidence working with complex data flows and reconciliations.
  • Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and tight deadlines.
  • Clear, effective communicator with a collaborative approach in a fast-paced, international environment.
  • Proactive, adaptable, and motivated to improve and innovate financial processes.
