Digital Content Junior Manager

Join BMG's innovative Global Catalogue Streaming team and unleash your creativity alongside renowned artists from around the world. As leaders in amplifying Streaming performance for BMG's Catalogue artists, we have the power to revolutionize digital performance on top global DSPs like Apple Music, Amazon Music, Spotify, and YouTube. Collaborating closely with artists and across the organization, our dynamic team strives for unparalleled success.

As a vital member of our team, you'll spearhead the creation of captivating digital assets for global DSPs, bridging the gap between diverse audiences through visually inspiring audio-visual content. With close collaboration with BMG's Catalogue Repertoire and Digital Marketing teams, you'll contribute to exciting projects that enhance each artist's online presence.

This 18-month contract position offers you the opportunity to make a lasting impact in the industry while working alongside visionary artists and professionals.

What You'll Be Doing.

  • Work closely with the Director of Global Catalogue Streaming to develop priority and seasonal campaign assets.
  • Create engaging digital content for use on DSPs, adhering to partner-provided specifications such as Spotify Canvas, Spotify Ad Suite, and Apple Motion for BMG's Catalogue Artists.
  • Produce complementary audio-visual content for YouTube, including lyric videos and packshot videos, that captivate viewers.
  • Develop an authentic voice for each project, staying true to the artist's style and vision.
  • Collaborate closely with BMG's Catalogue Digital Marketing teams to align on content creation and share assets for social media usage.

Who You Are.

  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud: Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, and Adobe Premiere Pro.
  • Possess excellent time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrates exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to make quick and effective decisions using your own initiative.
  • Strong creative skills, with a talent for storytelling through art.
  • Collaborative and professional, adept at working harmoniously with diverse teams in the business.
  • Passionate about music, with a basic understanding of various genres and associated styles.

It's also a plus if you have...

  • Experience creating digital assets, preferably within the music industry.
  • Working knowledge of Spotify, Apple Music, and YouTube.
  • An active interest in current design trends and popular styles across social platforms.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree, preferably related to music and/or creative industries, media and/or communication.
