Junior Corporate Account Manager

John D Wood & Co. are recruiting for a Junior Account Manager (JAM) to join our Corporate & Relocation Services Team in Central London.

As a JAM your role will be to source new business relationships with businesses requiring residential property finding support. This will enable our Corporate Account Managers to provide the customers with a complementary home search service offered by our Corporate & Relocation department.

Whilst your core focus will be sourcing these new relationships, you will also be responsible for maintaining searches with relocation agents and short term rentals. You will be the team's point of contact for all new searches and new Short term rental stock and tracking all activity on the relevant systems. You will be also be expected to utilise the branch network and other lead sources to research new accounts and opportunities.

You will be expected to have a high level of customer service for this role, ensuring you understand the ins and outs of our business operations and are able resolve difficult situations successfully. As a JAM you are required to have a positive attitude and be able to manage customer`s before passing them to their main contacts, the CAMs. Ultimately you will be tasked on achieving the CAMs to win the instruction with potential companies and prospective clients.
