Caraffi is excited to partner with an innovative and fast-growing digital product business to secure an outstanding Finance Director.

The organisation has rapidly become a standout player in its sector, offering great product across a number of exciting international markets. Reporting directly to the Group CFO and working closely with investors, this role presents an exceptional opportunity to drive growth and international expansion.

The ideal candidate will be a qualified accountant with experience in high-growth scale-ups, ideally in the Digital/Technology sector. They will have a proven track record of leading small teams and enhancing financial operations in fast-paced environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and optimise the finance infrastructure, improving core processes and systems.
• Act as a key strategic partner to the CxOs, while mentoring a progressive finance team.
• Manage day-to-day finance functions, including monthly board pack preparation, statutory reporting, and tax compliance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and key stakeholders across the business.
• Analyse and report on KPIs, identifying areas for improvement and driving strategic insights.
• Lead financial analysis and project work as directed by the founders.
• Oversee month-end management accounting and reporting processes.
• Prepare quarterly forecasts, monthly re-forecasts, and annual budgets/long-term plans.
• Manage and develop a team.

Profile:

• A fully qualified accountant.
• Experience in high-growth, scale-up businesses within the digital/technology space.
• Proven ability to lead and develop small teams and set them up for success.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset, with the ability to work effectively across diverse teams.
